OCHA Flash Update - Influx of Refugees Returning to North-East Nigeria from Cameroon - Update No. 4 | 02 June 2017

On 31 May in the afternoon, more than 1,000 additional persons arrived unexpectedly in Pulka from Banki. Once again, responders immediately mobilized to provide urgent relief and address the most immediate needs as effectively as possible despite the lack of notice. The operationalization of the Tripartite agreement between Nigeria, Cameroon and UNHCR signed in February in Oslo is underway to enable a smoother return process for Nigerian refugees currently in Cameroon.
