OPR Guidance - working draft

The IASC Transformative Agenda introduced the concept of an operational peer review as one of the five elements of the revitalized humanitarian programme cycle. It is designed to be a forwarding-looking, light, brief process. The results are detailed in an internal document.

This draft guidance, currently under review, describes the process for undertaking OPR and includes a report template.
