Health Facilities Assessment Report Tahamah Region

Subject/Objective: 

To assess the functional capacity of health facilities in the targeted areas and identify the gaps in the provision of services, Staffing, Equipments, and Medical supplies between existing and intended status in assessed hospitals.

Methodology: 

The assessment was conducted in 11 health facilities (district hospital) in Tahamah region. The assessment tool was designed for assessment of the secondary level health care. The tool essentially consisted of questions relating to facility Infrastructure, human resources, information on Services Provision and Equipment.
