SITUATION ANALYSIS

About a quarter of the Syrian population is in need of non-food items (NFIs) assistance across nearly all governorates. The ongoing conict continues to result in new displacements requiring an emergency response. The needs of newly displaced, short-term, long-term and multiple displaced people, host communities and the non-displaced poor have further increased because of the harsh summer and winter weather conditions and the continued escalation of fuel prices.
