Subject/Objective: 
This assessment was integrated during the child monitors meeting and updating of child headcount activity by World Vision staff three days after the landfall of Typhoon Koppu. The Municipality of Bugallon is an Area Program of World Vision which has a current technical program on Economic Development and Health and Nutrition.
Methodology: 
Meeting with Community leaders and Child Monitors of World Vision Area Programme Number of participants: 31 (30 female, 1 male) Covered areas: Bugallon, Barangays Cabayawasan, Pantal, Magtaking, Laguit Padilla, Poblacion, Hacienda
Key findings: 
Significant Findings on communication, information and accountability - Communities have received information but did not heed the warnings as early - Communication tools preferred failed after the Typhoon due to lack of electricity - Preference of communities to provide feedback is face to face and mobile - Information needs of communities include information on Shelter, WASH, livelihood and plan of the local government
