SMART Survey Report

Subject/Objective: 
The overall objective of the nutrition survey was to measure the extent and severity of acute malnutrition in children aged 6 to 59 months and their caregivers (pregnant and lactating women). The survey was conducted in 26 IDP affected union councils1 of Kohat District of KP Province. The study was conducted from 1st through 7th of October, 2013. Across sectional study with two-stage cluster sampling using Standardized Monitoring of Relief and Transition (SMART) methodology was used.
