PHT Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan

The Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan, or the EPREP, is designed to guide inter-agency humanitarian action in the Pacific, and consolidates information on the humanitarian architecture, tools and services of the Pacific Humanitarian Team (PHT). The objective of the EPREP is to define the coordination mechanisms of the PHT (at various levels of response) and the relevant Government institutions for emergency preparedness and response. Furthermore, its objective is to outline the mechanisms through which PHT members can link to Government structures to ensure the most effective and efficient means of coordination and information sharing during an emergency.
