Project Overview

Objective

The primary objective of the program is to support the Government of Nigeria in establishing a comprehensive system to collect and disseminate data on IDPs building and strenthening the capacity of NEMA, SEMA and other partners in the field to undertake IDP assessments in an unified and systematized manner that provides reliable information on the current IDP situation.

Benefits

The information collected will contribute to the provision of a comprehensive profile of the IDP population in North East Nigeria which iwll be shared with all relevant stakeholders and will be used by the government and humanitarian partners to protect, assist and advocate on behalf of the IDP population.
