This information is very useful and especially the real-time benefits of information to the public, in line with the recommendations of the WHO (World Health Organization), have helped in making decisions at the social and professional level.

The Disability Working Group as a body that advocates the rights of Persons with Disabilities and Older Persons, is concerned that this information is not arriving effectively and effectively for people with disabilities, and this groups are by nature vulnerable, needing more specific treatment, especially in this emergency or tension situation, due to the current scenario of COVID-19.

The situation of vulnerability of People with Disabilities and The Old People tends to increase because there are often different types of barriers, especially the Communication Barrier.
