Iraq Multi-Cluster Needs Assessment - December 2017


The primary objective of the assessment was to inform evidence-based, multi-sectoral humanitarian programming across the whole of Iraq. Therefore, a specific objective of the assessment was to identify the multi-sectoral needs of the following population groups:
• Out-of-camp IDPs in accessible areas
• In-camp IDPs
• Returnees in accessible and hard-to-reach areas
• Non-displaced in newly retaken and conflict areas
