Ground Truth Solutions Survey of People Affected by Hurricane Irma - Antigua and Barbuda

Subject/Objective: 
INTRODUCTION This report analyses data collected from interviews with 249 Barbudans currently displaced in Antigua and some who have recentily returned to Barbuda following Hurricane Irma. As part of the H2H Network's DFID-funded mission in the Caribbean, Ground Truth Solutions is provind a regular flow of feedback on community perceptions of the effectiveness of the response and their evolving needs. The surveys offer decision-makers insight into community conrcerns as the basis for making course corrections in the recovery programme and managing people's expectations.
