Housing, Land and Property (HLP) WG

The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) has been leading the Housing, Land and Property (HLP) WG.  The membership of the HLP WG includes UN agencies, NGOs, research and academic institutions, donors, human rights and development agencies, and representatives of other AoRs and clusters. The HLP WG work under the Protection Cluster framework. The collaboration between sectors is based on similar and complementary objectives and approaches while recognising each sector’s individual mandate area and responsibilities. The HLP WGs have clear linkages with the Protection Cluster and work together to compile information and evidence for humanitarian action.
