Key issues in the past week:

  • The situation in Malistan and Jaghuri districts in Ghazni province is gradually becoming normal. IDPs have started returning to their place of origin.
  • Based on initial reports, 6,720 people were displaced in the past week, out of which 1,400 were displaced due to drought.
  • A total of 306,200 people have been verified as being displaced by conflict in 2018.
