Key findings: 
On 26 April, NSAG launched an offensive in some surrounding villages of Teshkan District. District authorities initially report that around 200 families have been displaced from Teshkan district to Kishem district and they have submitted petitions to DoRR Office. OCHA organized one teams to assess the IDPs in Kishem district. From 13-29 May 2018, they assessed 200 families and verified 195 IDP families. Assessment completed.
