Key findings: 
On 26 April, NSAG launched an offensive in some surrounding villages of Teshkan District. District authorities initially report that around 400 families have been displaced from Teshkan district to Darayem district and they have submitted petitions to DoRR Office. OCHA organized two teams to assess the IDPs in Darayem district. From 07-14 May 2018, they assessed 257 families and verified 176 IDP families. Assessment completed.
