Post an HPC document
As part of the introduction of the humanitarian programme cycle (HPC), responsibility for publishing HNO and SRP documents now rests with Country Offices (rather than with OCHA Geneva as it did until last year). In addition, in due course the CAP website will be taken offline and the contents transferred to the HPC space on hrinfo. From then onward, the HPC space on hrinfo will be the central repository for Appeal and HPC documents. In order to ensure some uniformity in how these documents are presented and managed on the site, OCHA have prepared the attached brief guidance. It deals with file naming, metadata, multiple language versions and how the site makes documents available across different spaces. Please refer to the relevant section depending on whether your operational site has been migrated to the new 2.0 platform, or the slightly different instructions for sites still on the 1.x platform.
For any questions relating to this guidance, please contact Mark Pryce in ACA - PSB - OCHA at email@example.com or +41 76 594 3712.
